Assessment of technical condition - We determine the degree of damage to building structures or buildings and facilities, and whether they are fit for use on the basis of comparison of quantifiable indicators with the indicators specified by the project and the normative document. The normative degree of technical condition – if the quantitative and qualitative indicators of all the criteria for assessing the technical condition of the building structures or buildings and facilities meets the requirements of the standard documents (SNiP, GOST, TU, CH, etc.) work begins. Modernization of the building - we carry out a special reconstruction, which envisages the renovation of the volumetric planning and architectural solutions related to the change of old buildings and morally depreciated equipment, in line with the new requirements for existing conditions of exploitation. The moral depreciation of the building is the gradual (over time) decline of the main operational characteristics of buildings and facilities from the level of modern technical requirements. Physical depreciation of the building means the necessity of reconstruction of the building and other facilities due to condition where the technical indicators and as result of these operational indicators of buildings do not meet the requirements, due to objective reasons. Buildings are previewed by our architects and on the basis of which measurements in place are taken and the Project's preliminary drawings get started.
Steel structures are widely used in almost each construction work. It may be the foundation and columns, ceilings and staircases, various partitions of the building and so on. FF Construction carries out all projects in accordance with engineering calculations and all standards. When the building loses its strength - building and other facilities needs reconstruction because of the decreased operational indicators of buildings due to objective reasons. At this time, the columns and supporting walls of the building are reinforced with special steel structures. Metal supports and profiles are used. Depending on the working conditions of the construction, on the type of rebars used, the requirements of the relevant categories are displayed for the crack resistance of reinforcing cement constructions: and works get started in the field in accordance with these requirements.
a) Category 1 - formation of cracks is prevented;
b) Category 2 – short-term and long-term limited opening of the crack width is permitted.
The categories of the requirements for the crack resistance of reinforced cement structures belong to normal and slanted cracks in the longitudinal axis of the element. Constructive measures should be taken in order to prevent opening of longitudinal cracks (installation of appropriate meshes), but in addition, in pre-stressed elements, the value of pressure tension in the concrete should be limited in the pre-compression stage.
Prior to the start of the construction, firstly the project is reviewed and the final decision is made with the customer.Once architecture solution of the project has been developed, its construction solution is prepared. Then design is prepared. Structure is determined according to the type of the construction. The design of the project is drawn up and the material list is prepared accordingly and ordered by the Project Architect.
1. Steel structures of buildings and facilities
Unlimited solutions in architecture make it possible to use the project in a much more aesthetic and perspective manner, without problems. The place provides a quick and trouble-free transition in changes involved and enlargement or reduction operations. If desired, all the steel carrier system is completely disassembled without losses and transported economically to any point of the world. Temporary storage is also provided for separation. All elements that form the structure can be manufactured with bolts and nuts. This demounting feature allows to prevent the loss of funds with minimum losses in disassembly, transportation, replacement, enlargement or reduction operations of the steel structure. As introduction and follow-up of the steel construction structure is continuously made, prevention of the high marking errors are provided, and the reliability and durability is maintained at the highest level with the tests in the computer environment.
In what section of the project we will have stations and technical rooms they are initially dropped in drawings. After determining the functionality of the place and the sizes in the project, the budget is calculated and accordingly, the equipment is examined and ordered to the companies.
